Helpless

I am feeling helpless right now. My Oatmeally's brother is not doing well at all. The doctor told their mom that she needed to make a decision. THE DECISION. The decision that no one wants to make let alone a parent. My Oatmeally is being strong for her mommakins and I am desperately trying to be there for her but crap this sucks.
He is only in his early 30's.
His nephews adore him.
This should never had happened.
