So today was the day that I started my medication. I learned that when the bottle has a sticker that clearly states "take with food" you should assume that they are serious. I didn't take the second pill with food and I was dizzy and pukey all afternoon. The Man had to leave work to bring me food since I was too dizzy to stand up for very long let alone drive.

I didn't shower today and he still hugged me

Oh, man ... I am *so* sorry that you didn't feel well ... at least you know now about your reaction without food. :( Hoping that you feel better soon!
